system cool maintenance. Both systems cooling efficient with no issues
Checked air flow issue. Ceiling mounted air handler that is cooling. Unable to add any dampers because of no attic space and the type of metal ductwork. Made suggestion to replace sidewall registers for bedrooms that are struggling to keep cool.
Performed ac maintenance. No failure with indoor equipment. Outdoor unit has a compressor failure. Homeowner will look over options but leaking as is. Compressor is grounded, non repairable looks to be normal wear and tear failure.
Call back. The system is one of our recent installs and the homeowner went to change the filter and was unable to do so. The filter door had some mastic holding it shut this was removed and the filter was changed. Some adjustments were also made the dampers on the unit in order to push more air to one of the further bedrooms.
