No cool call, found unit not running, had low voltage but fan and compressor not running, found 58 volts when disconnect breaker was off and no vikts when breaker was on, even hardwired the high voltage wires together, still nothing. Advised need to call a electrician.

Completed with ac 3 on all 2006 trane r22 gas horizontal in attic, 2.5 ton master bedroom, 4 ton main downstairs, and 2.5 ton upstairs. All units poorly operating due to age and parts not being in a good condition. All evaporator coils are rusted that can start leaking refrigerant at any time, no secondary float switches, 2.5 ton master bathroom compressor pulling very high 10.16 out of 9.5 with a condenser fan motor shaking, very weak capacitor rated 40/5 reading 14/4 and putting contactor, 2.5 ton upstairs gas a fan motor showing wear, pitted contactor and main downstairs seems to be running okay other than rusted coil . Giving customer the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs or units upgrade. Customer will wait for now

Call back, tstat not communicating, went out Sunday for same issue, found D wire only putting 19 v, switched to a unused wire, was putting 28 v and communicating and cooling, few hrs later homeowner says same thing happened, went out today, full 28 v, rebooted , tstat recognized air handler and condenser, still the airhandler wasn't communicating, rebooted again, tstat not recognizing any component. Recommended replacing tstat, Homeowners agreed to move forward, returning to replace tstat.

No cool call, found tstat not recognizing air handler, found communication error message, 28 v at the air handler but in 19v at tstat D terminal, replaced it with a unused wire, now has 28 v and system is cool and communicating.

Completed with Found upstairs unit cooling properly at this time with no issues found at this time of visit. Customer wanted an estimate on replacing compressor under parts warranty and out of warranty.

Completed with ac 1 on a 2002 trane heat pump glow on closet r22 3.5 ton. Unit cooling at this time of check up but found a few future issues with unit. Found alot of growth inside unit and dusty vents, evaporator coil in bad shape, reversing valve is making a loud noise. Giving customer the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs or complete unit upgrade. Customer needs time to go over options .

Dispatch to investigate a no cool commercial application. Arrived to find system running. Spoke with the on-call manager and he stated that about two weeks ago the system stopped cooling. Use compressed air and unclog the drain line. I am recommending a maintenance program and will send it via email.

Did not find anything wrong with the unit. Pressures were good. Unit was running correctly when I got here. Told homeowner to take pictures of the thermostat next time that there’s an error

Defective TXV and or coil. Unit was froze over when I arrived and high side pressure was 376, low side was 65. Evap temp was 10 degrees. Called Joel and let him know. He said that there is a known issue with some of these coils. Joel said that the coil needs to be replaced. Chris said Wednesday it will be replaced.

S system maintenance, both furnaces and blower are 20 years, new coil on upstairs unit, drain line clear, blowers are amping high, degree and oil on blower motor, cleaned condensers, upstairs condenser is from 2010, cap is low, homeowner is waiting to change it since they do not go upstairs that much, downstairs condenser changed cap and hardstart kit, will help unit run better, downstairs unit is r22, both units appear to be low on refrigerant more so the upstairs, downstairs unit has about 3 to 4 subcooling and a 15 to 16 degree temp split. Units are running at this time

Fixed broken attic stairs

Customer complained of system not cooling properly. I made a cooling call and noticed that the low side pressure was abnormally low and high side was a little low also. I added refrigerant to the system and heard some odd sounds coming from the compressor. My gauges showed that the compressor was struggling to come on. I informed the customer of a dying compressor and told them that we would reach out tomorrow about warranty information for a Payne 3 ton compressor as well as cost for replacement.

AC2 Maintenance Indoor units: checked filters, cleared condensation lines, checked blower motor amps, checked ductwork, checked attic insulation and ventilation, checked all electrical connections and wires, checked coils. Outdoor units: checked fan motors, checked compressors, checked capacitors, checked contactors, checked all electrical wiring and connections, checked pressures and sub cooling, cleaned outdoor coils. Need to replace filters. Both units were slightly low on refrigerant but I didn’t see or find any leaks. Topped off as they were recently installed.

Contactor was bad. Replaced contactor. Recommend replacing unit soon. Will leave estimate for replacement.

Completed maintenance AC1 Indoor: checked blower motor, checked all electrical, checked ductwork, checked attic insulation, cleared condensation lines, checked filter Outdoor: checked fan motor, checked compressor, checked pressures/sub cooling and superheat, checked capacitor, checked contractor, cleaned coils. Unit is running properly and cooling properly. The only thing I found was that the float switch is not working. Recommend replacement and install a quick blast ball valve.

Completed with ac 1 on a 2005 heat pump upflow in closet 3.5 ton r22, unit cooling at this time of check up. Found compressor start up very high at 360_275 out of 95, fan motor overheating. Giving customer the option to do all preventative repairs, or due to age and type of refrigerant replacement is recommended. Customer approved to add a compressor saver only at this time.

Performed a maintenance on 2 systems over 19years old. Systems are showing signs of losing life. Ductwork is beautiful.

Arrived maintenance, filter is good, drain pan dry, amps on blower motor compressor and fan are good, system 2022, coul is clean, pressures are good, unit is cooling at this time.

Arrived for call back, out door units did not have power for 24 hrs due to havi.g solar installed and breaker being shut off, 92 up stairs and 85 downstairs, got power back and units are running, but units are doing a hot pull down trying to cool down all the hot are, goimg to run another call and return to further inspection. Homeowner okay with that.

Came out for cooling maintenance for two systems. Downstairs system was slightly low on refrigerant. Added 1 piund refrigerant. Upstairs had a bad capacitor I replaced it under parts and labor warranty. Let system run and it's now cooling efficiently

3 Ton Heat Pump

Dispatched to investigate rattling noise inside of air handler. Upon arrival, I first thought it was the filter making it rattle. After cycling power, I found a piece of metal foil tape rapper in the blower wheel. Removed and Denny is happy now.
